Ouch my head hurts!!!

A post Lee Mcqueen bash PA side took the field at a very sunny Kings Park.
With the bare 12 and a very organised and plentiful Monopoly side we knew it was always going to be tough.

Straight from the off PA looked OK but the steam didn't last long. A dither form the PA defence lead to a break down the Monopoly right, A long cross caught the very unwell fullback out for a good headed goal at the far post 1-0 and not looking clever.

Said fullback then withdrew himself from the game after 2 lung busting runs and a missed open goal and went to the "loo" so PA down to a bare 11 now.
Anyways on the game went and PA found a second wind. Pressure finally lead to a break through and it was touched with a little good fortune. A low ball driven in by Ash was redirected (thats what he said anyways) by Ted into the path of Blakey who made no mistakes by tucking it into the corner.
1-1. The rest of the half petered out somewhat.

Second half Monopoly were excellent and had alot of possession as the riggers of the night before really started to hit home as PA struggled to retain the ball. A few half chances but then a glorious missed header by "blondie" up top should have seen Monopoly go 2-1 up.

That was the wake up call PA needed and with the aforementioned fullback out of the "loo" and back on we changed it around and started to push for the win. A glorious break saw Blakey's crossfield pass find Ted who managed
to mishit from 10 yards with only the keeper to beat. 5 mins later, What
are the odds on that!!!!!. A shot from Scouse hit the bar, The rebound fell to Ash who then managed to hit the bar aswell. LOTs of bar hitting by PA players this weekend!!!.

Just wasn't to be as Monopoly held out for a well fought draw, Probably the right result to be fair.
