Morn....

Great game Saturday saw a very strong PA team play a very impressive ADW
side with some very good players.

Very even and cagey start but then fairly early on the PA defence got
caught flat for the left winger to race onto a great through ball and
clip it over the keeper. 0-1

PA settled and to be fair started to show the better footy. Coupla close
through balls and about 4/5 shots but nothing doing. Then Pimmy burst
onto a through ball and was brought down for an obvious penalty. Ash Dyer
stepped up to cooly send the keeper the wrong way. 1-1.

Second half saw PA pour forward and really get on top. FORTUNE favours
the brave. Midway through the second half PA took a deserved but very
fortunate lead. Another attack saw the ball squirm out to the right edge of the
box, Scouse (Douris) took a shot which struck Denny on the face sending the
ball into one corner and the keeper to the other!!!

PA to be fair still attacked and should have scored a third with good
chances for Denny and Redders with Daffy hitting the bar with a
miscue!!!.

Last 5 odd mins saw ADW pressure PA for the draw but it wasn't to be
with the PA keeper saving low at the end flicking the ball onto a
post....PHEW!!!!
